The diving lessons offered at The Sovereign Centre are delivered in line with the ASA’s National Plan for Teaching Diving.  Our Diving Coach will guide pupils through a structured lesson programme teaching new skills and techniques in an enjoyable and safe environment.

Our coach is a fully qualified diving coach, registered with the IOS.

All pupils learn at a pace individual to them, beginners will start by learning the dives within the NPTS Flip and Fun and then move on to the ASA Diving Levels 1-7.
