Adult Swimming Lessons

Its never too late to learn to swim and be confident in water. Adult swimming lessons are available for all levels of swimmer, whether you are a complete beginner or simply looking to improve your technique we have a lesson for you.

We understand that swimming can be a daunting task, that is why we have designed our beginners lesson programme specifically for adults who are non-swimmers or who lack water confidence.

We also cater for improvers who are looking to develop their stroke technique, water skills and stamina. Once learnt swimming is a great way to stay in shape.

Lessons are offered in small groups or personal tuition and are 45 minutes in duration. All our swimming instructors are qualified to ASA Level 2 and have experience of teaching adults.
